Hydration side however I can do better, so far shows a slight dehydration (even if this criterion is variable among individuals, we must follow to determine what its own optimum). Finally, the metabolic values show that I have a very important property (actually I'm not surprised) and a state of form probably quite correct, there still should be monitored to determine the real, a little sharpening (planned elsewhere) and everything should go for more ...
