How To Masterbate On A Bed

Brassac Winterizing Trail

This weekend so I went for a walk in the Dordogne, specifically the Grand Brassac, a village in the Perigord pink. To get there, starting from Aix les Bains, it was at least as long as going to Kathmandu ... almost. So I took the opportunity to make a stop in Poitiers with my parents before going to the Dordogne with friends Pictave, riders of the association Millipede Buxerolles.
Onsite atmosphere was very friendly in this small village in the Dordogne that its population more than doubles the time of a weekend. The test A particular feature to run in two stages (you can not run one of two) with as input in a 16 mile night. I can not say I really enjoyed myself on these small roads and tracks of wild boar, because I'm always uncomfortable at night even with a good front. In addition, a twisted ankle was really out of order. I conclude by coasting past the 50th place.
The next day, after a night at the inhabitant in the Dordogne countryside, so I'm leaving on the 30 miles with the intention of taking my time for photos and video. So I stop several times, especially near major difficulties of the route: string passages on the cliffs of Breuil, netting stretched over a career, monkey bridge, leaving a cave by a scale ... There are some nice shots to do! Next race, in addition to the convolutions on the roads very narrow and the course side of the fighter are not m'avantager, I feel really tired, probably due to a workout still a little busy in recent weeks. I'll rest a little above the Libyan Challenge deadline coming fast.
After this long walk I meet my friends Poitevin, queries the winner and reigning champion of France Thierry Breuil, back to form after injury and then out again to Poitiers after a short trip in the south-west very nice nonetheless.
An upcoming article on Spirit Trail
a subject in the Journal of Mountain Trail on TV and you can find a mini-interview with Thierry Breuil here:
